Why take the time to fill out our quote request form? In short, the time you spend up front will help launch your new website quicker.

We've spent a couple decades fine tuning our survey to ask the most relevant questions to get to the heart of your project.  From your answers we know if we have all that we need for an estimate, or if another conversation is needed before our estimated quote is ready.

The only required fields are at the beginning of the below form.  However, the more questions you answer, the quicker AccuNet can submit our proposal.

Every question you answer below helps insure AccuNet gives you an accurate proposal. But sometimes you don't have a lot of time, and prefer we call or email you instead of going through these fields.

Website Content Display

The following questions relate to your website content and who edits your website.
Do you have your website content planned out and ready to go?
If you have a website currently, do you want AccuNet to move its content to the new website?

Website Interaction Tools

The following features relate to how the Internet viewer uses your website. Some of these features have added set up and/or monthly fee, some come standard. This is outlined in your coming quote.
Forms
Forms allow your website viewer to "Submit" to you. Our forms have a backend database of entries, as well as the ability to direct email you the viewer's form input. This survey was made with our forms feature.

Calendar
Business Directory
Clients use our Business Directory in multiple ways. Check all boxes that may apply to you.
Product Directory/Portfolio
A product directory is different than a business directory. Here the focus is on cross referencing content throughout the website as appropriate.

Document Display
Some organizations need the ability to easily update and list documents. Check all boxes that may apply to you.
e-Notify
This feature sends an email to subscribers when certain aspects of your website have been updated.

Pushing Content to Social Media
It seems that most clients post to social media and link to their website. Important, relevant content should always be on your website. Do you want a way to create content on your website and then push this "post" quickly to your social media accounts?
Social Media Push
Check all the social media services you might want to push content from your website to.
eCommerce
If online sales are a main function of your website AccuNet will recommend an ecommerce vendor. Our ecommerce solution is simple PayPal implementation.

By-page Editor Restriction
The By-page Editors feature is used when an organization needs to have an editor have access limited to certain pages.

Looking at your website design process from a different angle, AccuNet needs to understand the type of pages you need. In general, there are two types of website pages. The first, is a marketing page where extra time is spent with color bars, designed columns and images to help "sell" the information. The second type of page is more informational, using a default title/article format with low number of images. List below the pages you feel will need to have more in-page design elements used. If you have no idea what your needs are, please write NEED CLARIFICATION so that AccuNet knows to circle back to this question more in depth with your editor before your project is scheduled.

Local SEO is a process in which important review websites and social media services relevant to your organization are claimed to insure a consistent message throughout the Internet. It is actually an important aspect of your Internet marketing mix.
Do you think social media communication is important to your online marketing plan?
If social media is important, check the services you plan to promote on your website:
Do you need to be found on search engine rankings right away and are willing to pay for a pay-per-click campaign? (There are set up, + monitoring and budget costs.)
Is it men, women, families, teens. Are they sports oriented, frugal, engineers, parents, etc.
